In the case of submission of complaint to the Fund (Med-Dynamic AIFLNP V.C.I.C. Ltd), you may do so either by telephone or in writing, but it is recommended to complete the Online Complaint Form, so as to ensure that all relevant information of the complaint is provided to the Fund. The Online Complaint Form needs to be downloaded through the following link , completed, signed, and submitted via email to info@med-dynamic.cy.net
